November 2005
Whaz up friends?!!
Not too far back, I spent a month in Taipei Taiwan, and
it rocked! Performed five nights a week at a swanky club
called, "The Brown Sugar." The contract called for me to travel to this distant
land alone, without my band or reps, and I was a bit
uneasy about doing so at first. Any unease was quickly put to rest upon my arrival
though, as I immediately picked up on a very cool vibe
from the natives... some of the gr8est people I've ever met! And the Brown
Sugars house band, "The impressions" were tight. Such a
grand experience. If you've never been to Taiwan, I highly recommend. It's
definitely a hidden treasure... If all goes as planned, looks like I'll be returning
there this coming summer. Cool? Cool!
Wanted to share some of my personal memories of this
event, so gotcha a slew of pictures available at:
